BT's is Atlantic Beach’s most beloved watering hole on the Island, with great food and unbeatable drink specials.  Originally the Beach Tavern first opened as a favorite nightspot in 1972.  The current owners/operators met at the BT and became life-long partners, running the BT since 1989.  Since then, it’s been a family affair offering folks a welcoming place to come sit, drink, eat and talk.  We’re not a flashy bar but we have been known to be a firm fixture in the sands of Atlantic Beach and in the hearts and memories of many patrons over the decades. 

        The unique wrap-around, horseshoe shaped bar will remind you of the good times past, by the well-worn marks and countless carvings of former Tavernites that proudly drank there before you.  The bar itself stimulates full crowd observation and participation.  Our friendly and fun, all-girl bar staff can guarantee your drinks to be satisfying and your beer ice cold.  Our inventive cooks aim to please, as we consistently offer home-made soups and dishes, along with our down home lunch and dinner specials.  BT's wings and burgers are widely known as the best in town, along with our thin crust pizza and reuben sandwiches.  We do keep it simple at BT’s and most believe we’re all the better for it.

       In surrounding rooms there is a hustling pool hall and game room complete with dart boards, foosball tables, and pinball, golf and mega-touch games.  Beach Tavern has all the ingredients for a great time, with the multiple flat screen televisions tuned to catch most sporting events.  BT's always offers a mix of musical tastes, which you can DJ on the Touch Tunes Jukebox.  In 2010 we added a stage for LIVE Performances from a variety of Bands and remodeled our dart room into BT's Tiki Room which can be reserved for private parties.  We also reserve a night just for our patron talent, so don't miss your own chance to “Be a Star at the Bar” on our Tuesday Nights for Krazy Karaoke!  Of course, crowd sing-alongs or dance-a-thons may be spotted in the bar at anytime, so beware.  This truly is a unique place that has been a staple in time, like no other in Atlantic Beach.  Come out and join us in Celebrating our 40th Anniversary in 2012 and experience BT's for yourself and as always....  Thanks for Playing!
